We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team at LifeLong Medical Care's Brookside San Pablo Health Center in San Pablo, CA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide preventive and primary health services in a Family Practice Community Health Clinic setting.
- Act as an advocate for clients and consult with other health team members.
- Maintain client records and perform history and physical examinations.
- Order and/or perform laboratory and screening tests, and provide follow-up care.
- Provide education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
- Current California NP or PA license.
- Training and experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, and/or family practice with board eligibility or certification.
- Interest in working with a diverse patient population and commitment to a community health philosophy of prevention and primary care.
- Competitive salary range of $123,000-$144,000/year.
- Sign-on bonus and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) retirement savings plan.
- Loan repayment programs and a qualified site for federal and state loan repayment programs.
