The Gig

We're seeking a confident and persuasive individual to join our Membership Sales & Client Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with clients at our classes, learning about their experiences, and presenting our membership options to help them reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with clients at our classes to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present our membership options to help clients achieve their goals
  • Onboard new members and ensure they are maximizing their membership
  • Post to our social media accounts during classes while observing the class experience
Requirements
  • Confident and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to form meaningful rapport with clients
  • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation to get to our studio in Plano
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including $15 per class, $10 per membership sold, and free dance classes. Ideal candidates will have a tablet or iPad for this role.
