Job Overview

Position: Payroll Specialist

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Compensation: Up to $25/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer weekly payroll for over 500 personnel
  • Manage garnishments and support orders as required, ensuring accurate maintenance of garnishments and balances
  • Handle off-cycle payroll processes
  • Input employee data for new hires and rehires
  • Facilitate onboarding and termination processes
  • Ensure precise employee direct deposit, compensation, and W4 details
  • Record union modifications, pay scales, and benefits as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of payroll processing experience
