  • Extensive food and wine knowledge.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
  • Good financial management skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Culinary school diploma or BS degree in Business Administration.
