We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Relations Manager to join our team at The Bachrach Group LTD. (TBG), a national leader in staffing and executive search.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with vendors to establish and strengthen relationships, ensuring effective vendor management and achieving business objectives.

As a Vendor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Building Relationships:
  2. Developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships with key vendors.
  3. Serving as the primary point of contact for all vendor communications and inquiries.
  1. Fostering Vendor Trust and Collaboration:
  2. Working to build and sustain trust with vendors.
  3. Partnering with vendors to identify opportunities for mutual growth and success.
  1. Negotiating Pricing:
  2. Negotiating competitive pricing and contract terms.
  3. Monitoring market trends to ensure favorable pricing.
  1. Ensuring Compliance:
  2. Ensuring all vendor-related processes adhere to company policies and industry standards.
  3. Maintaining up-to-date documentation and submitting it promptly.
  1. Resolving Issues:
  2. Effectively addressing and resolving vendor issues or disputes.
  3. Working with internal teams to find solutions that meet the needs of both parties.
  1. Evaluating Vendor Performance:
  2. Conducting regular assessments of vendor performance and providing constructive feedback.
  3. Implementing KPIs to measure and track vendor effectiveness.

Requirements include demonstrated experience as a Vendor Relations Manager or similar role, strong negotiation and communication skills, solid understanding of best practices in vendor management, and proven ability to build and sustain positive relationships with various stakeholders.
