Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to secure billing payments from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and notify customers about unpaid accounts
  • Process and post payments to customer accounts
  • Communicate with customers regarding unpaid accounts and provide follow-up support
  • Initiate repossession proceedings or disconnect services as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer account status

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in billing, customer service, or related fields
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
