Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role.
- A valid driver's license, CDL, and/or medical certification as required for the vehicle operated.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with the public, customers, and team members.
- Must meet all qualifications of a supervisory position.
- Professional appearance and grooming are essential.
- Willingness to travel, including potential overnight stays.
- Possession of a Herbicide Applicators or Operators Certification license, ISA certification, or other relevant certifications.
- Ability to work beyond standard hours as needed.
- Proficient in computer use.
- Physically capable of navigating utility lines, both on and off-road.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production targets for assigned teams.
- Provide accurate payroll and revenue data to the General Foreman or designated personnel.
- Exhibit knowledge and expertise in enforcing company and client policies, procedures, and daily operational requirements.
- Support and guide Crew Leaders to achieve optimal results in operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ANSI standards, as well as all company safety and personnel policies.
- Assist the General Foreman with equipment maintenance and scheduling of preventive services.
- Support the bidding process for new work opportunities.
- Obtain necessary permissions for crews to commence work.
- Coordinate with local officials to facilitate smooth operations.
- Address customer or homeowner concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain daily communication with the General Foreman regarding crew activities, equipment issues, safety, and other relevant matters.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Conduct oneself in alignment with the Mission and Values of Lewis Tree.
