Job Title: Forming Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Forming Operator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining forming machines to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain forming machines to meet production goals
* Adjust machine settings to control speeds and temperature, ensuring optimal performance
* Utilize forming techniques to shape plastic materials into specified forms
* Monitor the production process and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor
* Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
* Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent malfunctions
* Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and product quality
* Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to ensure products are formed according to specifications
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery
* Document production data, including quantity, type, and specifications of materials produced

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a related field
* Strong understanding of forming machines and production processes
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
