Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. Alternatively, 5 years of relevant professional experience.
    • Minimum of 1 year in the financial services sector.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • 1 year of project management experience.
    • 1 year in a data analysis role.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    • Familiarity with report generation, data analysis, target market identification, copywriting, direct mail, email marketing, market research methodologies, and marketing performance metrics (including ROI assessments).
    • Skills: Proficient writing, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and preferably the Adobe Creative Suite, alongside strong mathematical, language, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities.
    • Capability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal oversight.
