Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Specialist to join our team at KCG Companies. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a critical role in our property management team, responsible for marketing and leasing our properties, conducting applicant screenings, and ensuring compliance with Low-Income Tax Credit (LITCH) regulations.

• Market and lease available units to prospective tenants.
• Conduct applicant screenings, including background checks and income verifications.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of LITCH regulations and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and process lease agreements in accordance with LITCH guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with property tours and showings.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of leasing activities.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Leasing Specialist in the property management industry.
• Strong knowledge of Low-Income Tax Credit and Housing (LITCH) regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
