Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Air Solutions Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and promoting our company brand and products to consumers through various media channels. Your primary goal will be to develop new and reinforce existing relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute marketing plans and budgets to achieve business objectives.
  2. Integrate recruitment marketing into all channels to attract top talent.
  3. Develop a recruiting process to capture and respond to all applicants, ensuring no one is overlooked.
  4. Track applicants' progress with respective hiring managers using our Applicant Tracking System.
  5. Produce graphic design and coordinate the production of printed and online company collateral.
  6. Develop sales campaigns and promotions, and coordinate associated print and online production.
  7. Monitor sales leads, new customer acquisition sources, and costs.
  8. Participate in networking and community engagement opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.
  9. Direct mail campaigns and email marketing to engage with customers and prospects.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service orientation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  11. Track potential leads for appointments until scheduled or declined.
  12. Stay up-to-date with our products and services, requiring additional study and training as needed.
  13. Establish goals and objectives for the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals.
  14. Regularly review and monitor progress against goals and seek assistance as needed.
  15. Communicate effectively with associates, superiors, vendors, and customers.
  16. Possess superior interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  17. Work under time and budgetary constraints and pressures, efficiently managing time and schedules.
  18. Be computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office and graphics programs like Adobe Illustrator.
  19. Understand client needs and continually learn through training, suppliers, trade shows, seminars, independent study, and other employees.
  20. Present a clean and professional image, as you will be the face of our company.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a business-to-consumer (B2C) environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media, SEM, SEO, and web page building.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
