  • Answer customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and build trust with guests.
  • Organize and maintain a productive service business through estimate and invoice transactions.
  • Assist with customer care, work order completion, and register assistance.
  • Participate in facility maintenance and outside purchase ordering.
  • Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, credit, check, refund, and return policies.
  • Work with management to address customer service issues, complaints, and business opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about products and services offered by Monro.
  • Partner with management to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area.
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate with customers.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
