Job Summary:

Jim Riehl's Friendly Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for creating contracts and deal documentation, verifying accuracy of new and used vehicle sale/lease deal documentation, and maintaining detailed and organized records of all transactions and customer information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the Finance Manager to create contracts and deal documentation.
  • Verify accuracy of new and used vehicle sale/lease deal documentation.
  • Process new license plate and license plate transfer requests via the State of Michigan CVR System.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all transactions and customer information.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and refunds.
  • Communicate with banks and financial institutions to track and resolve issues pertaining to deal processing and funding.
  • Collaborate with sales and finance departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
