Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare IT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or experienced professionals looking to kickstart or advance their careers in IT.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement IT Infrastructure Solutions: Develop and implement IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations, ensuring high levels of system availability and performance.
  • Install and Configure Hardware and Software: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Monitor System Performance: Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize system efficiency.
  • Manage Network Infrastructure: Manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs, to ensure secure and reliable data transmission.
  • Implement Security Measures: Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access.
  • Participate in Training Programs: Participate in training programs to learn and apply Integration Analyst skills, including HL7, FHIR, and Mirth Connect.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Document IT Processes: Document IT processes, configurations, and changes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop Disaster Recovery Plans: Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to learn and apply Integration Analyst skills (training provided). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Training Provided: Comprehensive training in Integration Analyst skills, including HL7, FHIR, and Mirth Connect.
