Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Executives with various job functions, including endorsement processing and underwriting correspondence.
  • Answer mortgagee phone calls and overflow calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up on cancellation requests and non-masterpiece/manual transactions.
  • Process renewal rewrites and assist with general email box inquiries.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Possess excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment, adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Must be able to ensure complete confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Personal Lines experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of the Masterpiece, PLS, and inquiry systems.
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines underwriting.
