Job Summary

As an ABA Behavior Technician at Accel Therapies, you will implement individualized ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Program Supervisors (PS).

You will provide one-on-one support and interventions that target specific behavior goals, making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
  • Direct Client Support: Provide ABA therapy sessions to clients in various settings, following the behavior intervention plan
  • Data Collection: Accurately record and maintain data on client progress and behavior observations
  • Behavior Intervention: Implement behavior modification techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure coordinated delivery of services and progress monitoring
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and team-player attitude
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds at times
