Behavioral Health Specialist

About the Role:
At 360 Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing exceptional care for individuals impacted by autism and other developmental delays. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 care directly with clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
- Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collect data related to client's progress during treatment sessions.
- Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
- Promote client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.
- Consult with case supervisor on treatment plans, client updates, and intervention strategies.
- Receive and utilize ongoing training, guidance, and support.
- Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.
- Maintain reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.
- Ensure that the company's "zero tolerance policy" is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.
- Complete all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
- Provide make-up hours as an alternate care team member.
- Maintain eligible transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months or of relevant experience working with individuals; may include internships, volunteer work, or employment in related fields such as education or childcare.
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- Reliable transportation
- Successfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification, and TB screening
- Be able to lift up to 30lbs while assisting consumers
- Must be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a time
