Your Key Responsibilities
  • Build and grow client relationships, leading go-to-market strategy for account expansion through whitepapers, conferences, and thought leadership materials
  • Oversee multi-faceted consulting projects that leverage your combined experience in management consulting and cybersecurity
  • Expand client relationship base and opportunities for new work with existing client accounts and identify leads to sell services to new accounts
  • Engage with key executives, senior leaders, and other designated stakeholders, acting as a trusted client advisor with a deep and strategic understanding of client needs and a nuanced understanding of their cybersecurity challenges
  • Identify requirements for the future success of the client organization and craft those ideas into new project opportunities to engage leadership and drive organizational change
  • Collaborate with colleagues across a diverse range of Federal Civilian, Defense, and Commercial accounts to provide cybersecurity expertise and drive account development
  • Lead full lifecycle proposal development, including technical response, technical challenges, and pricing strategy for complex efforts
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets aligned with overall company goals and objectives
  • Build and manage high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to address and deliver high-quality deliverables for a wide variety of client challenges
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their capabilities and career growth
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact account performance and client satisfaction
Your Qualifications
  • 12+ years of strategic management consulting experience leading high-performing teams
  • 10 years of experience leading federal agency or commercial cyber accounts with proven expansion, account management, and understanding of acquisition acumen
  • Demonstrated success in developing and growing long-term relationships and accounts
  • Ability to propose and assess capabilities of alternative solutions to meet program needs
  • Executive-level team management, strategy, and customer success experience, with a practical understanding of business and operational needs
  • In-depth knowledge of cyber risk management and associated government policies, including NIST RMF, NIST CSF, DoD 8500, CNSSI Instructions, Cybersecurity Executive Orders, NIST SP 800 Series, and NISPOM
  • Strong expertise in developing security architectures and integrating systems for enterprise infrastructures, operational environments, software, and/or technology departments, and applying cybersecurity capabilities across on-premises, cloud, and edge environments
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, master's degree preferred in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity Policy, or a related field
  • Level II or greater DoDD 8570 compliant certification
  • U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
  • Must reside in and be willing to commute regularly within the Washington, DC metropolitan area and travel out-of-town (up to 20%); hybrid work environment anticipated, to include on-site and virtual locations
