Job Type: Part-time/Full-time Hourly Position with compensation ranging from $10.50 to $12.00 based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits.

Role Purpose: The Server plays a crucial role in guiding guests through their dining experiences, showcasing in-depth knowledge of our menus, and ensuring timely and high-quality food service. This position is vital in supporting the Front of House team to create memorable culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with both guests and colleagues.
  • Adhere to all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations consistently.
  • Deliver exceptional and seamless service with enthusiasm.
  • Respond to menu inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service.

Qualifications:

  • Capable of lifting, pushing, reaching, and carrying weights of 40+ pounds regularly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in high-volume or fine dining settings preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent training.
