Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son is seeking a skilled Mobile User Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our mobile users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mobile devices and applications
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to employees via phone, email, or remote support
  • Reconcile monthly invoices and manage mobile device inventory
  • Run usage reports for management and provide insights for improvement
  • Order and configure mobile devices and accessories according to company policy
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are proficient in using mobile devices and applications
  • Prioritize employee satisfaction and escalate unresolved issues to next-level personnel
  • Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users
Requirements
  • Experience working in a technical support role, preferably with mobile devices
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
