Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Order Entry Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer and order information is entered into our SAP database, while providing top-notch customer service and support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify and edit orders with the sales team to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Contact customers via phone to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing information.
  • Enter orders into the SAP system with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions and alternatives.
  • Provide timely customer follow-up and support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role.
  • High level of professionalism, dependability, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
