Job Summary

The Multi-Site Maintenance Superintendent is a key member of the Home Leasing team, responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our properties. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule to ensure the longevity of our properties.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues, ensuring that our properties are always in excellent condition.
  • Manage and maintain all equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repairs, ensuring that we are always within our means.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance and repairs, ensuring that we are always in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a High School diploma required.
  • Previous property maintenance experience required, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work well with others, good communication skills, ability to multi-task.
