Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic interns or full-time candidates who are eager to engage with various technologies in a dynamic Agile setting. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) during the summer, with the potential to transition to part-time (20 hours/week) during the Fall and Spring semesters.
Responsibilities:
The Operations Research (OR) team plays a critical role in collaborating with the Product team to design and implement OR models. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and refining scheduling models to meet specific requirements.
- Conducting validation through test reports and research methodologies.
- Utilizing data analysis and statistical techniques to enhance models and support decision-making processes.
- Working closely with engineers and product managers to oversee the entire process from problem identification to solution delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Operations Research principles.
