As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for preparing lumber and other building materials for delivery or pickup, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare lumber and other building materials for delivery or pickup.
  • Ensure customers have proper copies of sales invoices before obtaining materials.
  • Load and unload material in the warehouse.
  • Maintain proper storage and housekeeping in the warehouse.
  • Receive returned merchandise according to company procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Yard Foreman or Dispatcher.
Requirements:
  • 3 months experience preferred but not required.
  • Advanced Forklift experience.
Physical Demands:
  • Lift 100 pounds up to a height of 6 feet.
  • Carry 100 pounds over a distance exceeding 12 feet.
  • Push 100 pounds in a wheeled cart.
  • Bend, stoop, or squat to floor level on a repetitive basis.
  • Reach over head to grasp materials.
