Position Overview:

Under general oversight, this role encompasses a range of administrative, clerical, and secretarial tasks essential for the smooth operation of a designated unit or office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute various clerical and administrative support activities, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Input data and manage documentation and records with accuracy.
  • Utilize standard office equipment to facilitate daily operations.
  • Work under the guidance of a supervisory figure in clerical or administrative roles.
  • Complete assignments related to administrative functions, including but not limited to personnel management, procurement, and records oversight.
  • Provide essential clerical support, which may involve typing, filing, supply ordering, and mail sorting.
  • Assist within specific functional areas, such as processing transactions, reviewing applications, scheduling training sessions, and maintaining financial records.
  • Deliver general clerical assistance, including data entry, document distribution, and upkeep of filing systems.
  • Support upper-level management with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Employ independent judgment and initiative to fulfill administrative and clerical duties for individuals or teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft Financial systems.
  • Familiarity with contract management processes.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills in a professional setting.
