About the Role

As a Land Acquisition Specialist at MasTec Professional Services, you will play a crucial role in determining the need for and acquiring valid right of way documentation for construction, reconstruction, relocation, or improvement of electrical, pipeline, and communication facilities.

You will be responsible for communicating with property owners regarding new installations, job modifications, and/or design changes that may affect their property. This includes identifying project required properties and negotiating agreements for permanent installations and temporary lay down areas associated with large utility distribution projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent public relations and communication skills, as well as the ability to work comfortably and cooperatively with people of all walks of life. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including SharePoint, Word, and Excel, and familiar with work management tools and related technologies such as GIS and Google Earth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients in the Mid-Atlantic states, New Jersey, PA, MD, DE.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
