We are seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time IT Support Specialist. As a key member of our Supply Chain Department, you will provide technical support to our customers, ensuring seamless access to our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist users with password resets, MFA resets, and new account setup
  • Unlock suspended accounts and add/remove permissions to file exchange share spaces
  • Set up new file folder structures and create group permissions
  • Investigate application issues, perform cause analysis, and take corrective actions
  • Perform yearly audits and update user data in the Supply Chain Database
Requirements
  • Past success in providing clear and concise written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work through complex problems and exercise discretion
  • Success in an office environment with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to express yourself and ideas successfully to others
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current secret government security clearance
