**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic, working closely with Clinic Managers and Providers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervises clerical staff (clerks and PAR) and fills in clerical roles as needed.
  • Trains and develops clerical staff with ongoing direction from the Clinic Manager.
  • Tracks time & attendance, scheduling, and coordinating of staff for ETO requests and FMLA.
  • Ensures data accuracy in EMR and runs necessary reports on a regular basis.

**Requirements:**

  • Must have self-motivation and ability to take initiative without constant supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SCRMC policies and procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
