You'll Offer:

2-3 years of experience in a patient coordinator, marketing, or sales role (dental assisting experience is a plus)
Proven skills in building rapport and delivering exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
Basic marketing campaign management or optimization experience
Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet goals
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Dental practice management software experience required

Phenomenal service during our patient's first interaction with our practice
Passionate enthusiasm for following up with patients that need dental care within 24-48 hours through multi-channel outreach and expert follow-up
Strong multi-tasking skills that can handling 200 new patient leads a month
Build strong relationships by connecting with potential patients, understanding motivations, and compellingly communicating our value
Meticulous attention to detail in collecting and recording patient information
Strategically expand our reach and spearhead opportunities for new patient acquisition
Leverage exceptional communication abilities to inspire and convert leads across channels
Expertly navigate treatment cost discussions and financial arrangements to reassure patients
Rigorously report marketing activities, analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and optimize conversion metrics
Embody a passion for achieving ambitious targets and creating win-win patient experiences
We're Offering:

Hourly Rate: $25 - $28 per hour ($56,160 - $60,320 annual equivalent)
Production Bonuses: 4% scaling bonus on total office collections
