Job Summary

As a key member of the AbeTech Services team, the Deployment Technician will be responsible for ensuring the successful configuration, assembly, and deployment of hardware orders in accordance with project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and assemble hardware components in accordance with project documentation
  • Proactively communicate with the Project Manager regarding any issues, questions, or concerns that arise during deployments
  • Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality results
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Respond to tickets and communication within 4 hours, adhering to AbeTech's standard
  • Accurately record time spent on tasks in ConnectWise
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high school diploma
  • 1-3 years of technical experience
  • The ability to read and follow instructions
  • Strong teamwork and independent work skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
