Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Technician to join our AbeTech Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the configuration, assembly, and kitting of hardware orders as scheduled by our Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, assemble, and kit hardware orders according to documented procedures
  • Proactively communicate with the Project Manager regarding any issues, questions, or concerns that arise during deployments
  • Work efficiently to meet schedule deadlines while maintaining high-quality results
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace
  • Respond to all tickets and communication within 4 hours, adhering to AbeTech's standard
  • Accurately record time spent on tasks in ConnectWise
Requirements:Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High School diploma
  • 1-3 years of technical experience
  • Ability to read and follow instructions
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Skills:
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Above-average technical aptitude
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Flexibility and adaptability to best practices
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
  • Confidence under pressure
  • Ability to stand or be on feet for up to 75% of the day
