Job Title: Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Manager

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company that is revolutionizing the way military systems are designed, built, and sold. We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of multidisciplinary engineers and specialists in the design, integration, and test of AUV systems
  • Collaborate with software, mechanical, electrical, and field test engineering teams to ensure a cohesive and results-driven approach to subsystem and system level design and evaluation
  • Provide technical direction, coaching, and mentoring to employees on the team, and others, as needed to achieve successful short and long-term outcomes
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in hardware or integrated product development and/or test, including management of technical teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of technical areas
  • Strong background in Systems Engineering lifecycle from requirements definition to deployment and sustainment
  • Experience with AS9100, MIL-STD 810, IEEE15882.1, or equivalent QMS and rigorous environmental test standards
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Willingness to travel to customer events and demonstrations up to 1 week at a time, several times within a year
