- Obtain quotes and control schedules, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely completion.
- Coordinate inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Perform mechanical tasks as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of five years' experience as a construction supervisor or construction management.
- Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
- Valid driver's license.
