Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team in a part-time (PRN) capacity. As a Patient Flow Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maximizing patient flow through our clinic while providing a stellar patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the on-duty nurse practitioner/physician assistant, manage patient flow to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal wait times.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care, addressing their medical and emotional needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Benefits
