Position Overview:

As a Telecommunications Intelligence Analyst, you will utilize your technical proficiency to facilitate cyber operations and intelligence gathering, ensuring mission success.

In this role, you will deliver expert analytical support while collaborating with mission stakeholders to address intricate challenges in computer network analysis, network exploitation, digital intelligence, dataflow management, access development, and target network evaluation. Your responsibilities will involve leveraging knowledge of network protocols, devices, and exploitation frameworks. This position provides an opportunity to enhance your skills, develop new methodologies, and share your insights with fellow analysts, all while contributing to critical offensive cyber operations that are vital for national security.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in analyzing and generating targeting packages for a wide array of current and emerging telecommunications technologies.
  • Ability to utilize processes and tools for signals intelligence discovery and analysis.
  • Capability to lead a multi-agency team in presenting analytical findings when necessary.
  • Expertise in assessing network vulnerabilities and mapping key network topologies.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with dataflow and signals intelligence architecture.
  • Familiarity with programming languages for scripting and automation, such as Python or C++.
  • Experience with penetration testing tools.
  • Knowledge of Computer Network Operations (CNO) processes and capabilities.
  • Experience in foreign language transcription or interpretation.
  • Understanding of encryption techniques, routing, and network infrastructure.
  • Experience in providing skills instruction.
  • Familiarity with technical disciplines, including 450, 451, 452, or JCAC.
  • Knowledge of network configurations, ports, and protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

The compensation for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this role is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this position and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.

Work Environment:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required by the role.
