Position Overview:

Are you equipped with robust analytical abilities and a strategic approach to problem-solving? This role as a Telecommunications Target Analyst allows you to utilize your expertise in support of our national defense and to provide critical insights to our leaders. In this capacity, you will apply your specialized technical knowledge to facilitate cyber operations and intelligence gathering, ensuring mission success.

Your Responsibilities:

As a key member of our analytical team, you will deliver high-level analytic support while collaborating with mission stakeholders to address intricate challenges in computer network analysis, network exploitation, digital network intelligence, dataflow management, access development, and target network evaluation. Your role will involve leveraging your understanding of network protocols, devices, and exploitation methodologies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in analyzing and creating targeting packages across a diverse range of telecommunications technologies.
  • Expertise in utilizing processes and tools for signals intelligence analysis.
  • Capability to lead collaborative efforts among multiple agencies to present analytic findings effectively.
  • Proficiency in assessing network vulnerabilities and mapping key network topologies.
  • Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with dataflow and signals intelligence architecture.
  • Experience in programming languages for automation and scripting, such as Python or C++.
  • Knowledge of penetration testing tools.
  • Understanding of Computer Network Operations (CNO) processes and capabilities.
  • Experience in foreign language transcription or interpretation.
  • Expertise in encryption techniques, routing, and network infrastructure.
  • Experience in providing instructional support in technical skills.
  • Knowledge of technical disciplines, including 450, 451, 452, or JCAC.
  • Understanding of network configurations, ports, and protocols.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

The salary for this position is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The estimated compensation range for this role is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 annually.

Work Environment:

Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. Depending on the position, you may work from a Booz Allen or client site facility as required.
