As a Telecommunications Target Analyst, your specialized knowledge will be pivotal in facilitating cyber operations and intelligence gathering to ensure mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will deliver expert analytical support while collaborating closely with mission stakeholders to address intricate challenges in computer network analysis, network exploitation, digital network intelligence, dataflow management, access development, and target network evaluation. Your responsibilities will involve utilizing your understanding of networking protocols, devices, and exploitation frameworks.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in analyzing and developing targeting packages across a wide range of telecommunications technologies.
- Ability to utilize tools and processes for signals intelligence discovery and analysis.
- Experience leading multi-agency teams in presenting analytical findings.
- Capability to evaluate network vulnerabilities and identify critical network topologies.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with dataflow and signals intelligence architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages for automation and scripting, such as Python or C++.
- Experience with penetration testing tools.
- Knowledge of Computer Network Operations (CNO) processes and capabilities.
- Background in foreign language transcription or interpretation.
- Understanding of encryption techniques, routing, and network infrastructure.
- Experience in providing skills training.
- Familiarity with technical disciplines, including 450, 451, 452, or JCAC.
- Knowledge of networking ports, protocols, and configurations.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
