Job Overview

Billing Clerk Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the role of Billing Clerk. In this position, you will play a crucial role in managing vehicle transactions by ensuring all necessary paperwork is accurately completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all documentation for retail transactions is accurate and complete
  • Finalize and record all retail vehicle sales on a daily basis
  • Submit contracts to financial institutions
  • Process all payments related to vehicle sales
  • Document sales commissions and bonuses, and prepare reports for payroll
  • Assist the finance department as needed
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of six months of relevant experience or training, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
