Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our team at BoldAge PACE. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing direction and oversight to our medical delivery of care by providers, ensuring the delivery of quality health care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical leadership and direction to our team of healthcare providers
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality health care services to our participants
  • Support and direct medically related committee work
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in geriatric care
Requirements
  • MD or DO with current state licensure and DEA registration
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice with advanced certification in geriatrics preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a lead administrative role and 1 year primary care experience with a frail, elderly or long-term care population
  • Excellent verbal, written, and public speaking skills
  • Knowledge of physical, mental, and social needs of frail older adults
  • Effective skills in physical assessment and chronic disease management for frail older adults
