Responsibilities

  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring seamless communication with guests.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data to ensure secure transactions.
  • Register guests, collecting necessary information and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, ensuring guests have a clear understanding of their options.
  • Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs.
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, such as wedding guests.
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role.
  • Experience with hotel reservations software, such as OnQ or Opera.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
