Nurse Manager Ambulatory Care

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Registered Nurse Manager to join our Ambulatory Neurology team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership to our RN team, as well as indirect clinical oversight of our medical assistant role group.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Ambulatory Neurology Nursing Team, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Provide clinical education and training to the RN team, as well as indirect clinical oversight of the medical assistant role group.
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes, ensuring that care is safe, efficient, effective, timely, and meets the cultural, spiritual, and ethnic needs of each patient and family.
- Participate in daily operational activities, including policy and procedure implementation, as well as neurology clinical patient care initiatives.
- Assist with coverage as needed, ensuring the balance of clinical work within the patient care pools.
- Master's degree in Nursing preferred, but a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with relevant experience is required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to delegate and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
