Job Overview

Position Title: Welder

Role Summary: The Welder will be responsible for setting up welding equipment, including torch tips, filler rods, and flux, in accordance with specified blueprints and the thickness of the metal being worked on. The individual will interpret and execute blueprints to construct the appropriate product. Additional responsibilities include grinding welds and utilizing an overhead crane for product movement. The candidate will also conduct quality inspections and may be cross-trained in various departments, demonstrating flexibility to assist in other areas during periods of reduced welding activity.
