Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Warehouse Workers, LLC. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating high-speed CNC machines to produce precision components for the fabrication and assembly of medical devices in the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program, troubleshoot, set up, and run CNC machines to produce custom parts from stock metal or other materials.
  • Build and work with assemblies and subassemblies, ensuring product meets specifications.
  • Follow GMP standards and SOPs, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform in-process inspection, report machine malfunctions, and provide information to supervisors.
  • Operate part cleaning/polishing equipment, gear cutters, pneumatic presses, EDM, Calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
  • Read and interpret drawings/blueprints, and identify and support continuous improvement efforts or production processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 35 years of experience in a machining environment.
  • Experience with precision components and CNC/Haas Mill machines.
  • Ability to read, analyze, interpret, proof, and handle common clerical functions.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Working Conditions

Regular exposure to a manufacturing plant environment with some abnormal variations in temperature, unavoidable fumes, noise, dust, and atmospheric conditions. Regularly in proximity to or using chemicals, sharp tools, and other manufacturing equipment.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to focus.

Occasional work beyond shift hours or on weekends as needed.
