Job Overview: The Omnichannel Strategy team at Sunrise Systems is pivotal in orchestrating the planning, execution, and assessment of marketing initiatives in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your role will focus on managing and implementing comprehensive engagement strategies to bolster a specific Client brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and recommend DTC and HCP omnichannel engagement strategies based on customer insights and brand objectives.
  • Prepare and review creative briefs and documentation essential for the development of both branded and unbranded digital initiatives.
  • Oversee internal MLR review processes and collaborate with external partners to ensure the timely and precise execution of digital programs, including CRM, media, websites, and social media.
  • Work closely with Brand teams, digital agencies, and media partners to establish project strategies, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead the execution of DTC and HCP digital strategies and media programs that yield measurable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Business Insights & Analytics to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and ongoing optimization of digital initiatives based on analytical insights.
  • Foster innovation by partnering with Brands and external collaborators to create new digital strategies.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates on status, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or related marketing fields.
  • Proven expertise in pharmaceutical omnichannel strategy and digital marketing.
  • Experience in leading digital engagement and analytics initiatives.
  • Strong capability in managing digital agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in developing and executing media plans.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating internal MLR review processes.
  • Prior experience in Digital or Media Marketing Agencies is advantageous.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Veeva Promo Mats, Adobe Analytics, WorkFront, and Veeva CRM.
