Job Description
We are seeking a talented Clinical Manager for Transplant Services to join our team at A-Line Staffing Solutions in Phoenix, Arizona. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to lead daily operations, supervise clinical staff, and collaborate with transplant surgeons and physicians to provide comprehensive care to pediatric transplant patients.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and evaluate daily operations.
  • Experience in supervising and supporting clinical staff, including PAs, NPs, and other team members.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work with transplant surgeons and physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and families about transplant-related care.
  • Ability to develop criteria to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of transplant care.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of $99.00 per hour, plus benefits for full-time employees after 90 days, including a 401(k) with a company match after one year of service.
