Clinical Transplant Specialist

The Transplant Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the clinical process, serving as a resource to staff and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring program compliance. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patients' needs and developing individualized care plans
- Collaborating with medical directors and administrators to ensure timely data input and management
- Developing policies and procedures to improve quality of care and program development
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A nursing degree and current Arizona RN license (or compact state)
- Three years of experience in a related setting or intensive care/acute care environment
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance, survey processes, and QAPI principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in computer applications, and performance improvement tools
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), critical care/cardiothoracic experience, and program management/development background are highly desirable.
