Key Responsibilities:

As an HRIS Data Management Specialist at Deltek, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting data quality checks to verify the accuracy of HR data and identifying potential issues for resolution.
  • Ensuring data integrity by executing data audits and validating questionable information with HR stakeholders.
  • Performing thorough testing and analysis to ensure the accuracy of HR data and configuration before deployment of projects or data uploads.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of HR data.

Collaboration and Communication:

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the status of projects is communicated effectively. You will also collaborate with vendors to resolve project and issue-related matters.

  • Plan, evaluate, and identify project deadlines and communicate progress and completion to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a technical point-of-contact and collaborate with subject matter experts for system enhancements and system-related issues.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

You will assist in delivering ad-hoc reports in a timely manner and build and update process documents. You will also propose, build, and design automated reports in Cognos based on customer needs.

  • Recommend automation projects and identify effective process improvements.

System Maintenance and Enhancement:

You will ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner and provide guidance to the team on how to fix issues. You will also serve as a point of contact and support for upgrades, system enhancements, data migration, testing, and other technical projects for HR systems.

  • Review and fix feed errors from various systems, including Costpoint, UKG Pro, Brassring, Orgplus, Active Directory, and others.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience, 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience, with experience working with global workforces and matrix organizational structures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with numbers.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups.
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust work schedules according to business needs.
  • Assertive, with the ability to communicate with people from all levels in the organization.
  • Meticulous, with good attention to detail, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Customer-oriented.
