Therapist Job Opportunity

We are seeking licensed therapists to join our team in Mount Vernon, Washington. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive behavioral health services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree, and hold Washington licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC.

Responsibilities
  • Provide diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, and treatment planning.
  • Consult with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree.
  • Washington licensure as a LICSW, LMFT, SUDP, or LMHC.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI).
  • Professional Liability Insurance.
  • Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare.
