About the RoleThe successful candidate will work as a core member of our Clinical Care Team, providing diagnostic assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, and case management within a medical setting. Our IMHT functions in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment, ensuring seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Provide brief, strength-based, and solution-focused services to adults, children, and families
- Assist with emotional and behavioral stabilization, including suicide prevention and de-escalation techniques
- Motivational-based wellness coaching and goal-setting for patients
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, with coursework in psychological diagnostics
- Three or more years of experience in the field, with flexibility in obtaining experience before or after completing a Master's degree
The salary for this position starts at $32.26 per hour (for Mental Health Therapist III) or $73,528.00 annually (for Licensed Therapist). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, EAP, paid-time-off, and 401(k)/Retirement options.
