We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team at Sarkinen Ground Works, Inc.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a range of heavy equipment including excavators, dozers, loaders, haul trucks, and water trucks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Safely operating equipment on construction sites
  • Pipelaying and load/unload cargo
  • Conducting daily inspections and maintaining equipment in good working order
  • Communicating effectively with foremen and superintendents
  • Ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Location: La Center, Washington area

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction, underground, sewer storm, or water operations
  • Strong work ethic and ability to handle physical workload
